Crostinis!

Crostinis are a staple at any cocktail party. There’s so much you can put on a small piece of sliced and toasted baguette — the possibilities are almost endless! We made 7 that we really think you’ll love. There’s some sweet, some savoury, and some with a bit of both mixed together!

Roasted Red Pepper and Salami Crostini

This is a crostini that you can put together in minutes and keep most of the ingredients on hand. Jarred roasted red peppers are just as good, and if you don’t have salami use any other salty deli meat you have on-hand.

Pear, Goat Cheese and Walnut Crostini with Herb Honey Drizzle

Not only is this Pear, Goat Cheese and Walnut Crostini a great vegetarian option; but it’s also a no-cook crostini and can be put together last minute.

Fig and prosciutto Crostini with Rosemary and Thyme Honey Drizzle

The real star of this crostini is the herb honey, which is lovely contrast to the saltiness of the proscuitto.

Crab Salad Crostini

This crab salad is super versatile — it would be great with crackers as a quick lunch or on bread as a sandwich instead of the usual tuna salad.

Olive, Tomato and Artichoke Crostini

The saltiness from the tampenade and the sweetness from the tomatoes gives this crostini rich layers of flavour. The tampenade would also be great as a sandwich spread.

Marinated Tomato Crostini

These crostini are bursting with flavour and are so simple to make. Serve them as an appetizer or with a green salad.

Avocado Toast Crostini

You don’t have to spend your life savings on these Avocado Toast Crostinis. Serve them at your next party — your guests will love them!
